The host Safeera and her team were so helpful. I messaged the day I arrived and asked them to replace the toaster which was not working and by the next day I had a brand new one. The water was also turned off twice during my stay due to a burst pipe in the road outside the complex and subsequent repairs being carried out. Safeera and team were so responsive to my messages, keeping me informed of when the water would be coming back on. The property itself is clean, warm, safe, comfortable and well equipped, it had everything my kids and I needed. Next time I’m in Cape Town I will definitely be back. I would say this is my best experience on booking.com thus far so thank you Safeera and team!

The apartment is spacious, clean, close to amenities and 24/7 security. Exceeded expectations, as Safeera was most hospitable. E felt at home and comfortable. A definite come-back-to in the bear future.

Centrally located. The mall is so convenient and easily accessible from the apartment. Spacious apartment, very neat and clean. Fully kitted and secure.

Good location , it’s easy to walk to the centre. Allocated parking was handy. The staff was helping and gave clear instructions how to enter. Will definitely book it again
