The bed was big and extremely comfortable, big and beautiful room, nice balcony, very good breakfast, and exceptionally agreeable and careful staff. I would love to come back.

The spa area is very disappointing. The equipment in the fitness gym is very out of date, the exercise mats need replacing and the Turkish bath is very basic and old fashioned. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with comfortable beds. The shower units need replacing. The buffet breakfast is good and the staff are extremely helpful.

Just excellent, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. The room is amazing, all new, with a huge bed, super clean, with a very nice balcony with views to the pool and the palm trees. A little paradise. There are cookies, tea, coffee and a fridge in the room. The staff is very friendly and polite. Free parking and amazing breakfast in a relaxing atmosphere. Very good location just 15 min from Ponta Delgada and around 30 min to all the best places of the island. I couldn't have asked for more!
