Peppy Beach House is located a stone's throw from the beachfront: a two-storey house with a patio on the ground floor, and a balcony on the first floor that both overlook the sea. The area is located between Busselton and Bunbury and is really quiet, having a real holiday-home feel. The property itself was spotless on arrival, and really well-appointed. The kitchen was fitted out with high quality utensils, cutlery and crockery, and the microwave, coffee pod machine (takes Nespresso pods), and outdoor barbecue all worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable, and the three main bedrooms on the top floor all have views out over the sea. Showers and toilets on both floors were very convenient, and the games room was filled with games, books and puzzles (we did the 1000 piece Disney puzzle - all pieces present!). A two minute walk sees you on the beach. There are no lifeguards, but the sea is swimmable. Despite the cloudy weather, we had a long swim. The waves weren't great for body surfing, but there were no rips, the water was fresh and the beach had lots of shells. We had an amazing time, and wouldn't hesitate to return in future.
