The house was very modern and beautifully set up, especially the downstairs kitchen, dining & living space which was perfect for relaxing & enjoying shared meals. It was great value for our group and the owner was flexible with a late check out as we were visiting the Hot Springs on the last day. Heating was excellent for a chilly winter weekend but would love to visit in summer too!

We had a fantastic stay at this newly built, spacious house! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The house is well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday, whether you're traveling with family or friends. The beds are super comfortable, and the space is both stylish and functional. We absolutely loved the air hockey table. Highly recommend for an stress-free getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at Sandyshores Estate! The house is spacious, modern, and spotless, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. It’s in a perfect location—just a short walk to the beach and close to shops, restaurants, and Alba Hot Springs. The open living space and outdoor area made it easy to enjoy time together. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient Mornington Peninsula getaway!
