House is beautiful and idyllic. Very well equipped and comfortable. We slipped into “living” there very easily. Two bathrooms were really handy and the under floor heating was heavenly. Snooker table was a lovely surprise and added bonus for the teenager with us! Communication with host and cleanliness of property was spot on. Tea tray and biscuits was a lovely touch on arrival. Would love to stay again or in fact live there!

Location was excellent, well off the beaten track, very low light pollution (great for stargazing). Close enough to amenities in the local town. Loved the wood fire and the property was very easy to get to grips with (well apart from the numerous light switches :) ).

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful area. Not a long drive from Conwy yet also situated in a lovely, peaceful area. The property had everything we needed and was simply wonderful. Would highly recommend
