It's a great house with complete facilities, a good geographical location, and a safe surrounding area. Chris contacted and helped in advance before moving in, and kept in touch during the stay. The whole stay process was very pleasant. I will also choose this place when I come to Cape Town in the future.

Firstly, Chris, the owner, contacted me prior to the trip to give insight into Cape Town and some helpful advice and tips on things to do and see, which was greatly appreciated. Secondly, upon arrival, Chris showed us around and made us feel very welcome. After receiving a tour of the house, he wished us a great holiday, and we got to enjoy the next 4 days in this amazing place. It was great value for money as the rooms all had en-suite bathrooms, and the outside area was amazing with a pool and a lovely seating area to BBQ and take in the relaxing Cape Town vibes. Very accommodating throughout and will be coming back to Cape Town in the future and will 100% be looking to stay here again.
