Extremely friendly and welcoming hosts in a very tranquil and beautiful old house. It's perfectly located for a quick walk to some great shops and restaurants and easy access to Cape Towns best sights. Having breakfast served outside under the vines was especially lovely.

Absolutely loved this place. The Victorian style building and decor very tastefully thought out and the hospitality is exceptional. It all makes it feel like a home from home. The guesthouse is a 2 minute walk from a bustling street of restaurants, cafes and bars, though is very private and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Ivan, Utah and Martin are quite a team and made it a fondly memorable stay.
