The ambience was lovely and the staff were pleasant. The hotel always smelt lovely. They usually did like 2 different housekeeping sessions during the day. The breakfast options were to die for.

My room was upgraded instantly when i arrived and I had a late checkout approved after requesting. This meant a lot to me as my vacation felt relaxed and not rushed. My daughter enjoyed the kids club and I had some alone time to do errands as they took care of her while entertaining her with different games. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Kid’s friendly and EXCEPTIONAL.
