We had to change rooms as there was a terrible smell in our first room. The first room did not have all the crockery and cutlery beforehand, when we asked for it, we received it very quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful but I think there were not enough staff for the amount of rooms that was occupied. The rooms were comfortable, but not as clean as they should be, spiderwebs in the shower, extremely small dustbin, we had to use bags to fill up our rubbish, which was not cleaned out until we asked for it to be cleared. The room cleaning service was also sporadic, and it was not cleaned well, you could see the floor was not mopped... The rooms were comfortable enough, the beds was good, but to sleep in the heat with just a duvet is madness, no flat sheets! And even though the rooms are comfortable there is a difference decorating cost effectively and cheap. The kitchen basin is so small you can only clean one dish at a time, the kettle you cannot hold under the tap, had to fill it in the bathroom... Bed lamps was there but we could not use it as there was no plug points for it, it is those little things, the small details that makes the difference.

I spent 8 days at this guesthouse the staff is super friendly and lively. my room was beautiful I absolutely loved everything about this place. I will definitely return.

The rooms were comfortable, and the possibility to sit outside in nicely decorated areas was perfect.
