Holiday Home Overview

Purple House Accommodations offers seven self-catering units situated in De Waterkant district, just 2 km from Cape Town City Center. Four units are individual houses and the others are apartments within a three apartment building.
The modern furnished units offer different configurations and facilities. All of the units include a seating area and a kitchen. The en-suite bathroom contains free toiletries.
Purple House Accommodations units are within walking distance from the De Waterkant Village which offers trendy restaurants, clubs and shops. A number of restaurants serving a range of local and international cuisines can be found within 2 km from both locations.
V&A Waterfront and Cape Town Stadium is a 10 minute walk away and Clifton beach is 7 km away.
Free Wi-Fi is available (fibre). An airport shuttle can be arranged at cost price.

After a really warm welcome we came into a spacious and clean apartment with a nice roof top pool with view of the table mountain! The host is really thoughtful; gave us tips on what to do with kids. Loved the neighbourhood and the breakfast place right around the corner!

We loved the property a lot. It was basically in the center of Capetown which made getting around very easy. Close to the V&A , Seapoint, the City Centre. It is located in the area known as De Waterkant , Greenpoint a very hip and upscale neighborhood with shopping , restaurants, all essential services necessary for a wonderful stay. Henk was a fantastic and caring host who gave great recommendations on what to see , where to eat , taxi service , safe areas etc

Really great and safe location, lovely rooftop terrace with a pool and awesome views on to table mountain close to nice selection of restaurants and walkable distance to the waterfront and some other areas Henk and Guido were awesome Hosts, always willing to help and also accommodated us with our luggage on our last day. Would definitely stay here again.

Henk met us at the property. He gave us a comprehensive guide to the apartment. Locks, keys, apartment tour inside & out. Safety, information about the area. Information folder in the apartment. Welcome pack - Inc tea/coffee, milk & wine. Henk was on hand through what's app so we could stay in contact if any issues arose.
