Staff was very friendly and helpful, the restaurant burger and wings are amazing, thumbs up to the chef. And you can see the Table Mountain View from your room.

check in is so easy and the staff are consistently professional and helpful. From the front person at the doors, to the ladies who clean, the bartending staff and the reception staff..... all professional and helpful. the breakfast and kitchen staff are phenomenal and food is always consistently tasty. The hotel room andn facilities are clean. THe little gym and rooftop space is just perfect when you want to relax at the hotel. We always enjoy a drink or two at the bar. Cannot wait for our next visit.

From the moment I arrived at the Hotel until I checked out everything was absolutely amazing. Meeting me at the entrance was Patrick, who then assisted with my luggage. Took me to reception where I was given my key card. If I can remember at reception the gentleman is Hilton, who was so professional. I needed a little bar fridge to keep my insulin in. With no hesitation one was delivered to my room in no time. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The restaurant and kitchen staff were delightful so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely rate your location 💯% and share my experience with everyone who are looking for accommodation in your location. Thank you Onomo Staff your are awesome ♥️

Loved the convenience of the location. It was a walking distance to quite a number of eateries, and scenic attractions (Bo Kaap and Company's Garden). The staff were friendly, always making a point to address me by name. Breakfast and restaurant ambience A1. Comfy bed for a restful sleep after days of exploring.
