I loved the room it was very cozy. Loved the fact that the bath tub was in the room.

They were quick to attend to all the problems I encountered. Sean, the manager, gave me a room upgrade to compensate for all the trouble. He and his team made me feel at home. I really appreciate their kindness and helpfulness. It was close to where I needed to be.

The location was fine and it's nice that they have a groupchat on WhatsApp that you can join to connect with other people traveling to Cape Town and staying at one of the Neighbourgood properties - they also organise events on here. I didn't get a chance to go to any but nice to have the option.
