The room and amenities are excellent. The host is very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. In terms of location - like other places - I felt comfortable during daylight hours and took an Uber in the dark. I was very happy with my choice.

The breakfast time is the best moment, guests get together in the same table and discussions just flow, always interesting to hear the stories of other travellers! And the owners (and their friends) are extremely friendly and warm people, ready to give you good advice on what to do in the city and elsewhere, and they are curious about each of their guests. It is definitely not an impersonal place. The food in the breakfast is simple and tasty and homemade bread and cakes. The location is great, and it is easy to go from there to anywhere. It's a 20 min walk from the waterfront.

Our stay was wonderful, our host joined us for breakfast each morning, he was a delight, the location in Bo Kasparov on Rose street pretect, we walked around the neighborhood enjoying the colours of the buildings, we used the Hop on Hop off on 81 Long street, enjoying the markets along the way, thank you for a wonderful 3 days in Cape Town, oh and the African restaurant on the corner delicious
