The staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially Silvonia(excuse me if I got the name wrong). She had helped me arrange reservations and explain details in regards to prepaid sim cards. Overall, the room was great, the bed slept wonderful and the location was superb and safe to park. Would definitely recommend this venue for others travelling to cape town as a

It had nice view regardless of the room we booked . It was conveniently located close to mall . The surrounding area was quiet and welcoming . The interior design of the hotel cafe was aesthetically pleasing.
