We had the eggs Benedict for breakfast. We asked for our eggs medium & they were perfectly done. The location is very central - at the heart of Cape Town so a 2 minute drive from both Table Mountain and the bustling city center and it’s amazing choice of restaurants. Despite this our rooms were so quiet and the whole hotel is so peaceful and tranquil: a little oasis in the hub of town.

Such a brilliant stay at Cloud 9! From the location to the room (I was even treated to an unexpected free upgrade), the staff, the quality of the linen, everything was exceptional 👌 Highly recommended!

Cozy ,The Sauna ,Jacuzzi and Zen area (Green garden )that’s what I could call it was refreshing after a long day .I loved the rooftop view though it was cold .I will comeback again .Kenyans looking for central all round hotel this is a Gem!
