It was very stylish, beautiful views of table mountain from the restaurant, we were upgraded so had a lovely large room and huge bathroom, the staff could not have been more helpful, in all areas of the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding with a huge choice and at an amazingly reasonable price. We could not find any faults, in fact it exceeded all our expectations. We arrived so tired from the airport, for only one night, and yet were treated like guests about to stay for the week.

I like the people at the hotel. There is Crispin, there is Lance, there is and Shardy,and housekeeper, Jolleen, and the guys in the restaurant, Shepherd and Daniel and Sharee. They make the place. They go out of their way to help me, and I like that so much that I have decided to cancel my stay at the Mount Nelson to be with them again in November. Jolleen and Lanc went above and beyond to ensure my laundry, particularly helpful coz I had run out of clothes. The view fro the top floor is tops and a big nice surprise for me.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Cape Town! The staff were extremely friendly and caring, always making sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent, and the rooftop bar was absolutely beautiful, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of everything. Highly recommended!

i have stayed here a number of times - the staff is amazing, room and bed spotless and comfy, bonus the spar for a blow wave or facial after work!
