Situated downstairs, this open-plan studio features a kitchen area with fridge, microwave, stove top, coffee machine and cutlery and plates. The bedroom has earthy stone walls and there is a TV and DVD player. The bathroom contains a copper showerhead and old-fashioned bathtub. Please note that the bedroom itself has no window but is well-ventilated. The kitchen area has 3 windows and 2 glass doors with wooden shutters for plenty of natural light.

James is an excellent host and helped us hire a car and told us about the best places. The breakfast is really good and we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to anyone.

Such an extraordinary find, me and my friend loved the guest house! It’s in a perfect location; a short Uber ride to all different places in the city. Also safe and walking distance to promenade of Green Point / park and the Oranjezicht market, or to Italien brunch/ lunch place Giovanni’s. It’s super clean and the breakfast was amazing. Very delicious and in one room with the other guests (mainly couples), creating a good atmosphere. Comfy beds with different pillow selection. Friendly staff, particularly the owner James. He was fantastic and so helpful. Also he made an exceptional late check out possible. Thanks so much for the stay and making us feel so safe and welcome.

I guess it’s a CPT issue but parking on road kerb with a rental car gives sleepless nights.
