Mark is a great host. He was there to welcome and help us settle when we got to the apartment. He even Allowed us to check in earlier and shared helpful links on what to do as well as a map of the area. He gave us an umbrella since we arrived on a rainy day. The next day we were moving to another apartment and he helped us with the payments since for some reason our card didn’t work. Thanks mark for your kindness. The area is accessible by myciti bus to the city.

Peaceful location on a side street, about 1,5 km from Waterfront (2,5 euros by Bolt taxi). We had upstairs room which was quiet and had a nice view to a small garden. No traffic (or any other) noise. Comfortable bed. Room had plenty of space for two people. Kitchen is simple but good enough for making breakfast. On top of everything we got a late checkout without extra charge. This place is value for money!

The setting in the garden was lovely. Host , Mark very friendly. Good safe location with on site parking. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very close to Restaurants and Waterfront.
