Reception staff very welcoming and efficient. Room very comfortable and spotless. Please could you provide more coffee sachets than 2?! lLiked the fact that the window could be opened for fresh air. Location excellent and safe and lots of coffee shops around. Parking safe but may be difficult in peak season! Within easy reach of Bo-Kaap Museum, Company Gardens walking and about 5 minutes to V and A Waterfront and the Stadium by car. We would go again.

Great location. Simple and sufficient breakfast buffet available serving eggs, toast sausage, mushrooms, fresh fruit, cereals, cheese, bread and crackers.

Wow , You guys blown my mind ,what a BEAUTIFUL HOTEL , so elegant , lounge was comfy ,beautiful restuarant , facilties all around is BEAUTIFUL , with the crafts hanging and lounges near your room in the ailse to sit ..gym beautiful , friendly staff ,door keepers , bar assistance , reception arears , parking staff , laundry staff , wow all very well trained . Ill come again Defaintly soon... highly recommended hotel

We visit the hotel quite regularly as it is very central and has private parking and the rates are generally very good!
