From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. All of our hosts were exceptionally lovely, helpful and friendly. Our room was so comfortable with all that you needed provided. Breakfast was excellent. A host was present 24 hours to cater for your needs, whether it was a drink or just a chat. Felt very safe and secure.

The property was brilliant and all the staff extremely helpful and friendly. My flight was delayed a day and the hotel offered us to stay in a premium room matching the rates when we originally booked the property, even though they had increased. One staff member, I believe his name was Samuel, even stayed once his shift had ended to help us organise everything (the flight was cancelled last minute and it was quite a stressful time). The facilities were lovely, the property clean, and a great breakfast included in the price too. I would definitely recommend.

Nice location and the helpfull staff. Pool was positive ”surprice”. Room and the common areas were clean. Good brekfast.
