Great location! Easy access to the promenade, V&A a short walk away, local restaurants and cafés close by. Normal city noise as expected but the building was quiet. Great facilities to cook and very comfortable stay in general. The property agents were very helpful, kind and communication was prompt and helpful.

Backup-Power Mouille Point Apartment was one of the best choices I made in Cape Town. The apartment is located in a safe and comfortable area, and the security guards at the main entrance were very welcoming. The apartment has its own reserved parking space, which is a huge plus, allowing me to come and go with peace of mind every day. The walkway downstairs is always bustling with locals and tourists exercising, relaxing, and taking walks; strolling there is a truly calming and relaxing experience.

Excellent location and comfortable stay here in Mouille Point. Being right on the ocean and also walking distance to the V&A was very convenient. It's also a short drive to other sights and attractions nearby. The apartment itself is nice and comfortable. We thought the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice and the little kitchen was decent. Check in was easy and the parking space worked for us, though it could be tricky with a larger car.
