Great location , efficient service on arrival . Apartment was extremely spacious and pictures don’t do this justice. Lovely and modern. Service fees payable on arrival, along with late check out fee, they were really flexible on check out time , which worked well with luggage etc. Fantastic communication from reservation point, great value and really secure. Feeling safe around V&A. Great personal touch , washing amenities, coffee and milk. Great base and would recommend, Louise provides good customer experience. Thank you !
