Absolutely Amazing Stay at Avista Villa! We had the most incredible time at Avista Villa right in front of Hout Bay Beach. Everything was just perfect from start to finish. The location is unbeatable – waking up to the sound of the ocean and having the beach just steps away made our stay so relaxing and memorable. One of our favorite features was the roof swing in the bedroom – it was such a unique touch! Positioned right in front of the huge windows, it offered the perfect spot to unwind while taking in the breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains. It felt like a dream. The villa itself was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotless. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We truly loved everything – from the cozy atmosphere and stunning views to the peaceful surroundings and beach access. It was the perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Avisa Villa! The property was clean, comfortable, and spacious - exceeding our expectations. The amenities provided were excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable. What truly made our experience special was our hostess, Sam. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The thoughtful touch of a bottle of wine waiting for us was a lovely surprise! We highly recommend this holiday home to anyone seeking a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Sam's exceptional hospitality and attention to detail make this property a true gem! 5/5 stars!

The house was well equipped with everything we needed. It is beautiful and well kept. Definitely exactly what we expected from the photos on the website. It is a home away from home. The guide book and instruction sheets for the fire place came in handy. The whole family enjoyed. The communication with Sam was so easy, she was very warm, kind and helpful.

The villa was amazing with the breathtaking views of Hout Bay and how peaceful the neighborhood was. It was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures.
