The fine print
Please take in consideration construction will take place from April 15 2026 until November 30 2026. Noise should be expected due to construction activity and activity work may be visible and / or audible during the stay. Construction is expected betweek 08:00 Hours until 18:00 Hours (hours may be adjusted as the project progresses).
Please note that the pool will be closed for the entire duration of the construction period (April 15 – November 30, 2026).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Swimming pool is closed from Wed 15 Apr 2026 until Tue 15 Dec 2026
The property will be going through renovation works from 2026-04-15 until 2026-11-30. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances, and some hotel facilities and services may not be available.

Excellent resort, couldn't have asked for more for a place to stay. The apartment was in perfect condition, stock with all sorts of amenities (including beach gear) and it has plenty of room. Location is also perfect, quick access to the beach plus supermarket is only a 20 minute walk away through a quiet neighborhood. The owners are very easy to contact and reply fast.

Location next to the beach with a great view on rocket launch. Nice swimming pool. No problems with parking. Restaurants and stores nearby. A lot of beach, pool and apartment helpful utilities. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels.

Location is great. very quiet and not crowded. Parking is included and nearby. The beach is very close. Facilities are a tiny bit old but not a big deal. Basketball court was fun. Condo was a bit old, but it was clean and comfortable enough, it was also well furnished. Its good value for money. Didn't interact a lot with the staff (except to do some changes), so no real feedback to provide from that perspective.
