The house is very spacious and well maintained, all and everything is taken into account. Located on a quiet street and close to Lucca, Pisa and Florence. The surroundings are good to stay with a dog. The landlords are very nice and friendly people, always ready to help.:) The beds are extremely comfortable. The restaurant recommended by senior Giuseppe was beyond our expectations (we and our children decided to eat there every evening if possible and also bought tasty wine and olive oil there). A good beach for dog owners is within 50 mins by car close to Livorno called "Single Fin" (we tried beaches in Torre del Lago: private beaches were overbooked and didn't allow dogs and a private beach wasn't that nice).

Location was very peaceful and out of the way. Still only within 30 minute drive of Pisa . The house was immaculately cleaned inside and outside , and the hosts were delightful. Check in was very easy as Giovanni and his wife greeted us, and showed us around. There is only one air conditioner in the bedroom which works very well and if you close the bedroom door that leads to the living room, and leave all other bedrooms open , it actually cools all rooms very well. House was very well equipped . Would definitely recommend if you need to get out of the crowds and immerse yourself into the Italian suburbs life. You also get to park your car right into the house which is a great bonus
