Easy to reach location, close to the sea and to the "dinner" town Capalbio.

We decided to stay outside of bigger towns and we loved this place. So much space, especially when you have a room with garden around it. Good breakfast with good coffee and friendly hosts (that can't speak that much English), but alway tried their best to make their guests happy. They gave us very nice tips for things to do in this area. The rooms are clean and have everything you need.

Breakfast was tons of lovely baked goods -(also boiled eggs, charcuterie, yogurts, etc). LOTS of free parking. BIG rooms and bathrooms which is delightful after staying in small city places
