Perfect location, amazing staff, delicious food, fine evening shows. Hotel has free water refill stations and even sun cream stations. Beautiful, calm, cosy, not too crowded.

I would start with the staff: without exception, they were kind, helpful, and always smiling at the guests, which truly defined the atmosphere of our entire stay. I would especially like to highlight Henna, a waitress working the evening shift, who was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always cheerful with every guest — a truly positive presence. The hotel surroundings are beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean, with great attention to detail everywhere. We requested a beachfront room, which fully met our expectations. It was not a typical hotel room layout, but that unique style is exactly what made it so special and enjoyable. The food was varied and colorful, fully meeting the standards expected from a four-star hotel. There were programs every day, both during the day and in the evening, so there was never a dull moment. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience to stay here.
