The fine print
There is a deposit of USD 250 required at check-in for guests who pay by cash or debit card. Deposit is refundable upon checkout only if there is no damage in room and nobody smoked in room and property. Deposit is not required if reservation is paid by credit card, provided there is credit card information on file.
