The building itself was a marvel. The location and parking excellent. The staff accommodaing and did their very best to ensure all visitors stayed at maximum comfort and listed the amenities of the stay very helpfully. The staff were of good humour and very friendly too. Can't say really. Perhaps no fried eggs at breakfast when the advert did have. However the quality of the breakfast was very good anyway with scramble egg.

Lovely clean quiet property in a great location. Loved the games being available and the lounge area, bedroom was basic as expected but fully functional. However even with the windows open all night, the room was boiling hot, so much so that all three of us had poor broken sleep and woke up dehydrated and exhausted which marred our next days adventures. We didn’t have radiators in our room but when we went into the hallway, the radiators were on full heat and it was 19 degrees that day, so they really were not needed. Which is a real shame as it would have been a 10 rating otherwise……..

The staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. The dorm room was as expected although with a nicer mattress and duvet than you normally get. The hostel is only a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre, which is great, and has a reasonable amount of parking (hough you may want to get there early to guarantee a space)

It was clean, comfortable, and the clean bed felt crisp. The kids absolutely loved the idea of a little house outside. They didn't want to leave.

Staying here is like staying in a hotel.... without the prices! Covered in Royal Blue carpets throughout you feel like taking your shoes off when you step in the front door. You are not asked to of course. Beds are all new and very comfy and the toilets are immaculate. The staff could not be more polite or helpful. Amazing place and people! A stone's throw from down town too.

You will be staying in a former mansion, and it is wonderful! The area is quiet and safe, not so far from the center (15-20 minutes walk), there is a tesco store in 10 minutes. The bed is comfortable, there is a sink in the room. The water is hot. The staff is very polite, the kitchen is well equipped.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Beautiful blue carpet throughout!... like a hotel! Beds modern and very comfortable with a lamp for each bed. Place is spotless!
