The owner of the property answers to messages promptly. They have unlimited supplies of tea and coffee. Kitchen and utensils are clean. There is a dedicated secured parking at tbe back of the property which I thought I have to pay but ended up not paying.

Pleased with our room and access to kitchen - though they ran out of milk for our constant cups of tea. Didn't see the hosts at all but had contact with them. Off the beaten track for Canterbury old city but we liked the 10-15 minute walk.

Bedroom was a little small, but the rest of the property was good. Location great

The location was excellent. Within walking distance to the Cathedral. Large shared kitchen and living room made it easy to cook and eat there some days. Many supermarkets within 5 mins walk. Easy parking.
