The entrance way was nicely decorated (autumn), and felt very inviting. Instructions how to get in, were clear and easy. Breakfast and cleaning staff were very friendly and attentive. Room was comfortable (room 1). As I was staying a bit more than a few days loved that I could open the doors to small back garden for fresh air especially when I had to work a few hours in the room. Location was perfect for my needs, close to Canterbury West Train station, close enough to centre and main bus station (a comfortable walk) while at same time super easy to go up to Kent University or catch bus to one of the seaside towns.
