This was one of the most exceptional places I have stayed. I was here with my parents who are visiting from Australia and we had a wonderful time. Every little detail was lovely - from delicious cake upon arrival, to Easter eggs around the house and a lovely bottle of wine. The decor is beautiful and has clearly been very carefully selected. The little garden and fairy lights as well all added to the charm. A stunning home- we felt very welcome and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Everything about Gingerbread Cottage was immaculate. Superbly fitted out, extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean. We were surprised (& delighted) to find we had been left a wonderful welcome pack, delicious brownies, bottle of wine, crisps, milk etc. The location is ideal, a very quiet street with good footpath access to the city and easy walking to shops and cafes in St Dunstans. Altogether would highly recommend.

The cottage is perfectly fitted out with evrything you need and more. It is very nicely decorated and very homely. The location is perfect, you can easily walk into town. It also is a good spot for daytrips in the region. There are lots of leaflets in the cottage about things to do and Barbra was very helpful in advance and during our stay with tips and advice. We also enjoyed the garden with squirrels and lots of birds. We would recommend Gingerbread cottage to anyone. It's fit for a king.
