Located just off Kings Mile within a short and pretty walk of the city centre, this was a nice B&B. No bells and whistles, just a comfy bed, nice staff, and great value.

Very comfortable bed. very clean room. The guest house is on a fairly busy road but our room was at the back and we didn't notice the traffic. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault them. A good place to stay

I was in the area for two nights looking for somewhere cost effective and centralish. Location is about 8 minutes walk from the city centre. Staff were friendly and called to check on my arrival as train was a little late to arrive. Arrangements were made to ensure I could access the property when I arrived. Room was clean and comfortable, overall wet positive visit and for travelling solo would recommend and return.
