The hotel is situated on the pedestrianised High Street. Access by car is at Stour Street. Please notify the hotel in advance if you require disability access.If using a Sat Nav, please enter postcode CT1 2NR. Limited secure car parking is available on a first come, first served basis and charged at GBP 18 per 24 hours. If the car park is full then there are council car parks around the city or park and ride locations available. Please feel free to take your luggage to the reception desk who will happily look after it whilst you park your car.The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented at check-in. Guests that are making a reservation on behalf of another guest must contact the property.When booking 5 rooms or more, or 10 room nights or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Bar staff and reception staff couldn't do enough for us. Comfortable beds, considering it's quite a big hotel, it was very quiet so had a decent night's sleep. Very small car park but we did manage to get a space on a first come first served basis. Would highly recommend this hotel. We would go back.

A great location right in the centre of Canterbury. Staff were excellent. Breakfast in the dining room every morning was a great way to start the day

Staff friendly and helpful and very accommodating. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. It was very handy being able to store our luggage before check in and after checkout while we explored Canterbury.

English breakfast was presented very well but nearly all items were over cooked and sausages were dry and appeared to have been cooked for a while, coffee and service was excellent

A fabulous, comfortable, well-thought-out room. Spacious, with an extra seating area, plenty of space for luggage (even mine) and a bath as well as a powerful shower. Very helpful reception staff. Breakfast was pricey but worth it. Proper waiter service was prompt and efficient, and the food options were excellent and very tasty.
