Good place to stay if travelling by car. To visit Florence is easy - leave the car behind and catch the No 14 bus to Pistoia (15min @ Euro 1.2 per person each way). Bus drops you off at the train station then a 45 min ride to Florence @ Euro 5 per person each way. Ensure you purchase bus ticket at Tabac (local) and validate when on bus. Train tickets available at train station (both can be pre-purchased). Enjoy. P.S. Drives up the mountain is worthwhile if you are confident enough to tackle narrow twisted roads and other drivers!!

Impressive. We loved everything about this place! The hosts are amazing, the apartment is breathtaking and the overall comfort extremely high. We would come back in heartbeat.
