The staff is extremely kind and friendly and prompt. Mr Mishra, the manager and Ms Valifa at the reception, were exceptionally nice, kind, and helpful! The staff makes up for whatever else the hotel lacks. Rooms are very nice and clean.

I highly recommend staying here. Excellent value for money, clean quality rooms, great service and food I started my stay here in Goa. Great place, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. For the price, I was impressed by the quality of the room, well furnished, large and spotlessly clean. The staff are attentive and genuinely friendly. I needed some local assistance and they helped without any issue free of charge.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Treehouse Nova, and I can't say enough good things about it. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful.
