Recently refurbished both inside and outside to a very high standard. Clearly overseen by someone with a keen eye for the detail and very good taste. Communication from initial booking to arrival excellent thanks to Matteo who is the Manager at the property. Our room was lake facing with a balcony. Beautiful view. Property is at the south end of Cannobio and I would say this is the best location, very quiet at night but only a short stroll to the bars and restaurants. There is a grassed area in front of the property and sun beds can be hired from the Rivalago. It’s a public area but not busy during our stay early July. Breakfast is a cold buffet with a great choice and immaculately presented. Scrambled eggs and bacon available and cooked to order. There is a bar that is open to eight o’clock approximately. Both Matteo and Gaia who was also always on hand were clearly keen that your stay went beyond expectations. This property is a real find that I would happily recommend to friends and family. Thank you Matteo and Gaia.
