Location & cost. Plus the sports bar / restaurant across the road is fantastic, it caters for all ages and has great meals.

Decent sized room. Had basic amenities of a hotel room including an iron and ironing board which was good to see and it had laundry. Wasn't too noisy. The staff provided very good service.
