Very good location, walking distance to supermarket, beach, post, port and center of town. Very close to “famous” places on north and south too, for example Porto Rafael, Palau, Porto Cervo,San Pantaleo, Arzachena, Poltu Quatu…(each way everything is from 10min-30min drive away). To Olbia you need 30/40min. Own private parking. Very good pool area with 4 pools, pingpong table, sunbeds/bungalows with shadow, shallow pools for kids… The area is quiet and nice, in the evening there is a night market with a 1 minute walking distance. A running path right next to the property, kids playground, resort has its own bar and restaurant.

Very nice place to visit North part of Sardinia. Apartment very comfortable, all you need is on place. Shops, restaurants very close.

Very nice location to explore Costa Smeralda and La Maddalena. Close to a nice beach, restaurants, and a supermarket. Plenty of parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, toaster, water heater, enough dishes). The building is older but well-maintained. Nice pools (not heated). If you're coming with kids, there is a very nice public playground right next to the apartments. Very good value for the money.

Liked everything but there was flies everywhere - especially in the balcony & room. You weren't able to eat outside because of it.
