Apartment is pure 10. i.e.perfect! Modern kitchen appliancies,washing mashine and dish machine is available too,plenty of towels,huge and beautiful terrace,wifi excellent! Having in mind that communication with the owner is contactless, all the instructions we were given were clear.The owner was very helpful. Apartment is situated in the centre of La Bocca Cannes where you can find a lot of shops and restaurants,pharmacies as well.It is very close to the beach and the resort has its own pools with restricted entrance(only for the guests of the resort) Parking spot is reserved.

Cosy flat tastefully decorated, well furnished and clean. The host was great and helpfull. Location is perfect a 100yard to the beach. Pricing is really fair.

"We stayed in this apartment with our family of two adults and a 6-year-old child and had a wonderful time. The apartment is located a short walk from the beach, in a quiet residential area. The apartment is very nice and new, with large and beautiful views of the mountains. The apartment size is correct for a family of 3 people, and it has an easy-to-access parking garage. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation, including a well-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a flat-screen TV. The owners are very kind and helpful, and they were always willing to help us with anything we needed. In general, we had a wonderful stay in this apartment. We felt very comfortable and had a lot of fun. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other travelers."
