The location is 1 minute from the Croisette, everything in the area is nearby. I had a brand new apartment on the 3rd floor, there is air conditioning and heating, a comfortable sofa and a good bed in a separate bedroom. kitchen with appliances.

Excellent location in the city centre and very close to the beach, cafes , restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.The staff were very friendly.
