Quiet, good bed, room had all the necessary facilities. Location was pretty decent and close to beach, shops and restaurants.

The stay was pleasant, with many positive points. The location is excellent, close to the center and many restaurants. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. As a suggestion for improvement, the water pressure could be better — at times the water flow was very low and, when the washing machine was on, there was almost no water in the shower. Also, after check-out I realized I had forgotten a sealed bottle of liquor and contacted the property immediately, but was informed they couldn’t keep it for me until Saturday. It wasn’t a big issue, but it could have been handled more flexibly. Overall, it was a good experience in Cannes.

The residence offers excellent value for money. It has been recently renovated, so the furniture is new, modern, and functional. The room I was assigned was incredibly bright and airy, despite overlooking the walls of the Cannes castle. The reception staff is available 24/7 and was always exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. As a solo traveler, I never felt alone thanks to their warm and attentive service. The location is perfect: just a 5-minute walk from several public and private beaches, yet far enough from the city chaos to ensure peace and relaxation. Many thanks again to the staff for making my stay so enjoyable and stress-free.
