* In front of the Gare de Cannes, easy to reach main activity areas. * Clean... This is the most important feature... * Basic breakfast is OK; however, it does not consist of olives, though the region is Mediterranean :)

Located at perfect point for all you do in Cannes, stuffs are friendly so much. Breakfast, cleanness, and view with songs of seagulls are also nice. Love to visit there again

Excellent location just opposite train station. Continental style breakfast at 7euro each. Pleasant staff.
