Very smart comfortable apartment. A pleasure to come home to after a long days sightseeing or beaching. Large comfy sofas, great shower, air conditioning. Lovely balcony area with pleasant trees and surrounding property views. Would stay again!

It's the perfect flat for vacation with family in Cannes. It's a very clean and quiet place. Everything you need for living is in the apartment. It's 15 minutes from sea on foot and 7 minutes from shops and groceries. The owner is polite and very positive. I recommend this place for staying in Cannes and hope to visit it again.

The location was close enough to walk to everything, yet far enough away to be nice and quiet. The facilities were great (although I didn’t get a chance to use much). Very neat and clean property and the availability of both washer & dryer was terrific. It felt very safe being a gated community & handy with a short walk to the local supermarket too!
