Hotel Overview

Ideally located in the heart of Cannes, Hotel Le Florian welcomes you just 200 meters from the famous Croisette and its beaches, and 100 meters from Rue d'Antibes, the must-see street for shopping lovers. Located in the city's liveliest and most sought-after district, opposite the renowned restaurant La Môme, Le Florian offers a perfect setting for a chic, comfortable, and festive stay.
We provide, upon request, everything you need to fully enjoy the beach (towels, umbrellas, hats, etc.) and are happy to welcome your four-legged friends free of charge. Our 20 rooms, located at 8 rue Commandant André, are air-conditioned, equipped with a television and a private bathroom, and are accessible by elevator. Our apartments, located just across the street at 8 rue Florian (less than a 30-second walk from reception), feature a kitchenette with a microwave, stovetop, and kettle. They are located in a renovated building with no elevator.
A continental breakfast is served every morning to start the day off right, whether you're staying in a room or an apartment. The Hôtel Le Florian also offers a 24-hour reception, attentive staff to advise you on the best local restaurants, and is committed to an environmentally friendly approach where people are at the heart of your stay.
The Palais des Festivals is just a 6-minute walk away, and Cannes train station is just a 4-minute walk away. The hotel has five private parking spaces, available upon reservation and for an additional fee. We also benefit from a partnership with the nearby EFFIA public parking lot.
