Please note that the spa is open from 14:00 to 19:30. Guests under the age of 18 years old and pregnant women are not permitted to access the spa. Guests can check in until 21:00. The hotel can not guarantee you a room after 21:00. If you plan to arrive after 21:00, please contact the hotel in advance. Please note that guests must check-out before 11:00. Check-out after 11:00 is not possible. Please note that guests must pay the full amount of the reservation upon arrival. Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by their parents. For reservations of 2 rooms or more, a non-refundable prepayment of 100% of the total amount of your stay is required. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel and in the rooms. If the guests smoke in the rooms, an extra fee will be charged. Upon check-in, guests are required to show an ID card or passport as well as the credit card used for the reservation. Please note that the name on the credit card and the photo ID must match the name on the reservation. Please note that only the guests can access the room. Please note that baby cots are upon request and subject to availability. If you book a non-refundable rate, the hotel can send you a message requesting a copy of the credit card used for the reservation and a copy of the cardholder's piece of identity, whose name must correspond to the one on the card.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This is a great combination of price and quality!!!! Cannes, center. The hotel is located on a clean, cozy and quiet street! The room is clean, comfortable beds, comfortable pillows!!! Linens, blankets - everything is wonderful. The view from the window is onto the garden of the neighboring hotel. Good sleep! Clean, comfortable, quick and friendly check-in!!!!

The hotel is strategically placed next to the commercial and restaurant area of the town. One minute walk and you are right in that area. At the same time you are only like 5 minutes walk away from the famous beach strip. The staff were very helpful in everything, even suggesting activities and restaurants. The room was surprisingly quiet for how within the town centre it was. I usually have difficulty sleeping if there is noise, but here I slept very well. The room had everything you would need, including an empty fridge which I used for putting some things I bought.
