The other apartment, "Superior Apartment" does not have a hammock.Both apartments are on the 3rd floor without elevatorAbout parking, there is a few free places around the building and a paid private parking at 200m (Parking Suquet Forville). If you don't need you car during your stay there are more free place at 500m, everything will be explain after your booking.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The duplex is very well located, only few minutes walk from the beach. And was very clean and tidy when we arrived

We loved the entire space, we really enjoyed having access to a kitchen and having space to relax. Location is excellent, short walk to the beach and in the old town. 15 minute walk from the train station.

Really enjoyed my week at this lovely apartment...newly-renovated to a high standard, very clean and comfortable and in a super location in the old town. Well-equipped too, although a few things suggested would make it even better. Enjoyed the work station every day and the Netflix some evenings. I'd definitely recommend this apartment. It's advertised with parking but this is just on the streets around, so i just rented on the days required.
