Exceptional apartment in a perfect location. Preferred staying here compared to the hotels. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped, which was perfect for our trip. The location was fantastic, in the heart of Cannes, very close to boulevard de la Croisette and Rue d’Antibes, with lots restaurants, shops and main attractions close by to enjoy Cannes. It’s easy to get around. Most of all, Alfredo is an amazing host and very accommodating, making sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommended property and host, and will look forward to staying here again in the future!

One of the best apartments I’ve ever booked. It’s every bit as lovely as the photos suggest, if not better. Alfredo has made this flat a labour of love, so everything is perfect: comfortable, spotlessly clean and well-equipped with thoughtful little touches. Moreover, he is a super host: quick to reply, kind and very organised. I would stay here again in a flash. Perfect for a couple.

Alfredo is an excellent host, he couldn't have been kinder. The apartment was immaculate with lots of thoughtful extras. The location is second to none and it's a brand new building so very good use of space & modern appliances, we loved sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee. We'll definitely be back.
