the apartments are very comfortable, really 3 minutes and you are on the beach. We were on holiday with children and were pleasantly surprised by the board games in the apartments, small beach accessories, which diversified our holiday. Many shops nearby, both small and a large supermarket. Everything is within walking distance of 5-10 minutes.

We had a lovely stay at this well-maintained apartment in Cannes. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We especially appreciated the small touches like the board games, which were great for family evenings. The location was excellent — just a short walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the nearest supermarket. It was a great base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

Excellent facilities next to beach and centre of Cannes, exceptional host Jean Noel who kept checking we were OK before we arrived and during our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again !
