Every thing was perfect , Franecsco and Roxan in the front office are very friendly , offered free coffee . The lication is very close to train station and many restaurants , coffee shops and sea side. Franecsco carried the bag through the stairs up to the room which was very clean. Shower provided with clean towels , shampoo and shower gel. Thanks to Appia Hotel Team

I stayed 3 nights at Appia hotel . As location its 10/10 as it is real center . I arrived to Cannes by train , i walked to the hotel , very close . The owners are so welcoming helpful and generous. The hotel is located in the middle , to the left you have rue D’Antibe .. best shopping place for brands… and to the right you see Cannes outdoor market where you can find beautiful stuff for very little money . The hotel is surrounded with all the nice restaurants and pubs … all on foot . And of course you walk to the beach… maybe 250 m …I will surely go back to Appia hotel next year . Best price for a beautiful stay in Cannes .

Everything was perfect! Clean room with enough space , location in the centre of Cannes And Francesco was so helpful and kind , you feel like a part of the family there Definitely recommend the hotel
