This was our third annual visit to the Studio. The host and his mother were excellent regarding contact and key handover. The studio provides us everything we need for our stay in Cannes. It is well appointed, bright, comfortable and has all the facilities and equipment required for a relaxing stay. The studio location is excellent and is within easy walking distance of the main shopping areas of Rue D'Antibes and the Croisette, and the bars and restaurants and markets in the centre of Cannes and the beaches on the Croisette and beyond the old port There is good bus service No 21 next to the studio to the Gare SNCF(train) and the Gare Routier (bus) and the Hotel de Ville.

Very nice apartment and clean! We loved the terrasse where we ate our dinners and breakfast. Perfect to relax in the evening after our baby was sleeping!

We stayed at the apartment for 7 days in July and it was a great experience! The apartment is clean and we really liked the balcony. The location was very convenient as it took us 7 min to go to the beach and 10-20 to the city center and train station. The owner was very nice and was in touch every time we needed help.
